Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or ¥100,000, whichever is less.

3. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet service failures, or public health emergencies. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule courses or provide alternative arrangements.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Milestonix, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
